RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

1. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Please contact our customer support to initiate a return. We may request photos of the product for quality checks.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 business days.

Replacements

1. If your item was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong product, we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
2. Upon approval, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 5 to 7 days, and you can expect delivery within 5 business days after dispatch.
3. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.
